Before you commit

Clear scope.
Written terms.

Your individual proposal and agreement set out what we will deliver. This page explains the intended process; it is not a final contract or checkout agreement.

Payments are not yet enabled

Package pricing, deposit amounts, payment provider and final contract terms are still being finalised. No card details are collected on this website.

Two ways to commission a website

A fixed package purchase will become available only when its scope, final price, terms and secure payment service are ready. Custom projects start with an enquiry, an agreed quote and then a secure deposit link under the agreed terms.

What your agreement will record

Pages and functionality, content responsibilities, revision rounds, delivery stages, approval criteria, deposit and balance amounts, cancellation arrangements, ownership, licences and the final hosting destination.

Ownership and ongoing costs

You own your domain and hosting accounts and receive the finished website files after the agreed payments. Provider fees and third-party licences are separate. A self-editing dashboard is included only when specifically agreed.

After launch

The current offer includes a 14-day reporting period for correcting faults in the agreed build. Extra features and later changes are separate work. Ongoing site management is not included.
