The project desk

A useful brief.
A smoother build.

You don’t need to arrive with everything ready. This is what we work through together before agreeing the project.

The business facts

Trading name, services, service area, opening hours and the contact details customers should use. Qualifications and claims need your confirmation.

The customer’s next step

Should someone call, enquire, book an appointment, browse work or buy a product? Pick the main action and describe what happens after it.

Words and images

Send your logo, approved text and photos you have permission to publish. Missing copy or licensed imagery is agreed in the quote. Stock and generated imagery must not be presented as your completed work.

Style and references

A few links you like and what you like about them. The concepts show possibilities; you can request an entirely different direction.

Accounts and access

Tell us whether you own a domain, hosting or a booking service. We agree compatible hosting before building. Use collaborator invitations where supported rather than sending passwords.

Scope, payment and approval

We record the pages, features, revisions, price, dates and payment stages in a proposal. Payment is requested only after the scope and terms are agreed.

Launch and handover

Confirm the final content, test the enquiry journey and approve launch. The site goes into your accounts, with files and a setup guide. Ongoing management is not included.
