What both packages cover
A design built around your business, help refining supplied words, launch checks, website files and a handover guide. You supply accurate business information and photos you own. Additional writing or licensed imagery is agreed in the quote.
What you pay directly
Your domain, hosting and any paid form, booking or editing services. We agree these before building so you know the running costs. Third-party fees are separate from our one-off project price.
What happens afterwards
The site is handed over to you. We include 14 days of corrections for faults in the agreed build; this does not include extra pages, a new design direction or later content changes. You arrange ongoing hosting, security updates and maintenance. Further work can be booked as a separate project.

The packages are straightforward starting points. If you need a larger brochure site, a different page structure or extra content work, tell us what you have in mind. We’ll confirm what we can deliver and quote the agreed scope separately.

Before you book.
Who owns the finished website?
After full payment, the completed website build and source files are handed over to you. Your domain and hosting accounts are in your name. Any third-party software, fonts, photos or services remain subject to their own licences and terms.
Do I need to pay Valcerra every month?
No. These are one-off build-and-handover projects. You pay your domain and hosting providers directly. We do not include ongoing management or require a maintenance subscription.
Do I need a domain or hosting already?
No. We help you choose a suitable setup before the build. You create and own the accounts, and pay those providers directly. If you already have accounts, we check compatibility first.
What address will my website use?
Your finished site launches on your own domain, in your own hosting account. We agree the preview arrangements and destination before the build.
How do payments work?
Your proposal sets out the fixed scope, deposit and payment stages. The remaining balance is paid after approval and before launch and final handover.
What if I have no content ready?
Start with your business name, services, location and contact information. We will agree what needs writing or sourcing before quoting. We do not invent reviews, qualifications or project photos.
How do revisions work?
Send feedback together in one list. One-page includes one round; Business includes two. New pages, changed scope and extra rounds are quoted before the work happens.
Can I edit it myself?
Tell us what you will need to change regularly. An editing system is not automatically included. We agree the platform, editing options and any extra cost before building.
What does the 14-day period cover?
Corrections to faults in the delivered, agreed build, reported within 14 days of launch. New content, new features, third-party outages and ongoing maintenance are not part of that period.
How long will it take?
We agree a launch date after reviewing the scope, content and hosting setup. Your approvals and access need to be ready for that date. Search setup covers page titles and descriptions, not ongoing SEO or ranking guarantees.
